      THEY DID NOT INSTALL THE UNIT. THEY LEFT IT SITTING IN THE MIDDLE OF MY LIVING ROOM FLOOR. DID NOT TRY TO INSTALL IT.

      Had a stackable w/d installed. The installer crushed the new vent pipe which was also purchased. Noticed the problem after the first use when the dryer did not dry the clothes

      Installers did a poor job and left loose hoses, causing water leakage. This caused a huge water damage in my basement. I submitted a claim and have been bounced to 4 different companies, Best Buy’s installing company’s subcontractors’ insurance company. It’s been already 3 months with no resolution, and now they want to start the case all over again and are saying they doubt the damage was caused by the installers. No one wants to be accountable for the damage! Worst service ever from Best Buy, JB Hunt and Alex Delivery Services!!
