They argued with me about whether or not I purchased the dryer hose kit, then didn't hook the water up correctly (reversed hot and cold), and didn't level the equipment. I was not happy. Even after they came back to 'fix' the issues, I had to hire someone else to get it done properly.

The dryer vent was not installed correctly and hot air and lent were getting in the laundry room They should have told us it was not a correct fit.

When the installers came in they looked at the space and said that it was impossible to do it with the standard hoses and they couldn't do it. I ended up doing it myself with the standard hoses no problem. I would not use this service again

Best Buy brought in unit and did not install properly. I can not use unit as an error code came up and I am afraid of a fire. So the unit was brought in on April 23, 2022 and there it sets. Unusable

Still have no dryer- worst delivery susyem ever. Didnt intall dryer b/c didnt have correct part so left washer & never came to to install dryer. Then THEY cancelled the dryer order!!

We ordered this service to make things easier and more efficient and assure that if something went wrong, we had someone to refer back to - unfortunately the crew hooked the lines up in the wrong manner hot to cold and cold to hot!...and caused a leak because they did not tighten enough!

I purchased the new hoses with the install kit and unfortunately the installer didn’t feel like doing it made an excuse and never put them on

If there was a zero i would take that. Warning to all who think they are getting an installation. It means they unbox it and plug it in. THATS IT!! And it better be vented out a side wall or they won’t even hear of moving it into your house. Just EXTREMELY incompetent and frustrating

Dear Best Buy, As you know this unit was not able to be installed. The installer broke the hinge door and also damaged the linoleum floor that had to be replaced. it has been one a month and i have still not been able to be reimbursed!

Unable to install. No helpful information given. Customer support did not provide any assistance.

This purchase has been a disappointment as upon delivery it did not function at all, but was left with me anyway. The subsequent service visits have been unhelpful and I have had a washer/dryer unit now for months that does not operate.

What installation had to get the necessary parts and do it myself

Horrible! Had no regard for my home or me. I had to reinstall dryer vent myself, I told them it would NOT hold, and after two loads of delicates off it came; refused to use new water lines, and scratched my hardwood floors. Never again!!!

Wrong stacking kit with delivery…has been 24hours and I have yet to hear from anyone regarding the ordering of a new stacking kit…unfortunately, I am currently unable to use my washer/dryer due to this.

Set the washer/dryer in place and that was it. Never even had the steam kit for the dryer. Four appointments set up and 4 no shows. Never showed us how the washer and dryer works.

Walls and door paint got scratched up and the “installers” didn’t hook anything up. The second time they hooked it up wrong.

The delivery men installed the product wrong reversing the cold and hot water hookups. On top of that, they ran a very short test that just left a lot of water in the basin. Took a while to empty the water out.

Unfortunately the install team did not attach the cold water hose to the washer and the exhaust vent came off the first evening.

They did not remove the shipping rod before installing. We had to figure out what was wrong with help of the company. Delivery was very poor
