Terrible! Their idea of sending an installer is really jus a delivery guy with a screwdriver.

They did not explain anything. They used some old vent hoses. They gave me the book and left.

It broke and you don't want to fix it watch what you get their crooks

Te washer Is not working, I have waited a long time

First of all, I live in an apartment where there are specific delivery windows as to when you can use the elevator for the movement of large items. After nearly a month of dealing with another retailer trying to get my laundry center delivered, daily arguments with the retailer, their subcontracted schedulers, and having kind but too many unnecessary conversations with delivery drivers arriving outside of my delivery window, and eventually having to cancel my order, after all of that, it was refreshing to have the team from Best Buy show up as expected and on time. Absolutely no scheduling issues. The initial install team couldn't do the install because upon removal of my old appliance, it was discovered that I needed to contact a plumber to change out my water valves. I appreciated their insight and honesty. It was pretty easy to contact the team again to schedule the installation once the plumber was done making the repairs. The second install team arrived on time and as expected, installed and tested the appliance. Both teams were very kind and professional. Would highly recommend Best Buy's Geek Squad team for appliance install and take away.

Installation was perfect. The one star was deducted because I did not receive a credit for the component returned.

The people delivering the unit were in a hurry. I had prepped everything before they got there. They only had to take the old washer and dryer out and bring in the new ones. They didn't tightened the feet. Washer rocked back and forth with first use. Had to call you guys back out to take care of it. I wondered why they handed me a kit before they walked out the door. Hmmm.

Very professional and polite installers. Arrived on time and ran a cycle to confirm correct operation. (With multiple recent deliveries from the two big box home improvement stores this was such a welcome change!)

I have fallen in love with my new laundry tower! I was doing laundry at a friend’s home for three months due to my washer being damaged. It is so good to be able to do wash at home in such a great appliance.
