Great install job! They brought the new unit and set everything up. Then they tested it and showed us how everything worked. To top it off, they hauled off our old set for us.

Delivered and installed LG washtower adequately & timely.

The two guys that Best Buy sent to my house to install our new washer dryer LG tower unit were very polite, professional, clean and had the unit installed and gave us instructions on how to use our new washer dryer. It was a very nice install.

My last installation performed by John was awesome! He was very professional and very efficient. He had to remove and re-install my LG Washtower in a very tight closet upstairs in my Townhouse.

The Best Buy Electric Laundry Center Installation crew was very professional, on time, and cognizant of our need to protect our home against COVID-19. They installed the LG WashTower in a very few minutes after carefully removing our previous washer/dryer combination.

Very professional. They were told it was a 10 min install in Garage. They carried the very heavy washtower in the house & up the stairs, into the master bath and installed in a very tight closet quickly and professionally. First class job!

Installation went wel. Scheduling was easy but they hire 3rd party installers. I have had a bad installer that required a reschedule but the final work was good

The guys got the job done efficiently and cleaned up well after they finished great job!

Great producto although the delivery service was poorly executed, either way, 4 weeks later & 4 attempts in bringing the right product, it finally arrived and we are enjoying our purchase... We made a claim and we are still waiting for our “trouble gift card” this is 2 months later!! Sorry guys but Best Buy gave a poor buying experience!!

I was very pleased with how quick and easy the installation of my new washer and dryer was. They removed the old one and installed the new one in no time. I love my new washer and dryer! Works great!

The delivery a set up was good. When they installed the 6’ dryer power cord outside a could see right away it was too short and should not be sold with the unit I purchased. I told the delivery people such. No sure if they reported it. I had to return the cord and reinstall a longer one myself.

The installation of our LG Tower Washer/Dryer was handled smoothly and with great care. We have done laundry for 2 weeks now and what an improvement over our old washing Dryer machine. It is much quieter and quicker.

My first tower had an issue. Pacific Sales replaced it without fuss. Reinstallment was a bit harried, but they stuck with it and sorted it out. Im very pleased with service.

We love this washer dryer and with two teenagers in house and two dogs use it constantly! Samsung is reliable and the washer manages everything!
