Courteous crew. They were quick and cleaned up after their install. although the vent hose did not allow dryer to set back out of door way and was not made aware. Had to have fixed so door would close.

The installation was top notch. The installation team came in did the job and left with no issues or complaints from me. They even gave me a demo of the unit before leaving.

Fast and perfect installation! Best Buy had all the pieces I needed for installation automatically added when I added to get it installed. So everything was there. They came on time and installed it in no time! Everything is working fine

Best Buys installation team did a great job. Knew exactly what they are doing and installed the LG WashTower without a scratch to the machine or home. The team was very friendly and efficient. Couldn't have gone any better.

Installation Crew was on time and a great job of installation of my laundry. they were polite and knowledgeable cleaned up and took my old washer & dryer away. used all new power cords and hoses. Did a great job !!

Two young gentleman brought the new washer dryer to our residence. They were very polite, very professional, and completed the job flawlessly in a very short period of time. They do very good work!

Washer/dryer unit was the perfect size for the apartment and had all of the features and cycles that I needed.

Seriously? It took from 4/20 to 5/20 and four tries for Best Buy to finish installing my LG Wash Tower. First team on 4/20 didn’t secure the exhaust hose, so it fell off in back. Second team on 5/3 (soonest they could schedule) said they didn’t have the right equipment but were very nice and helped schedule the next appt, third team on 5/13 came in, looked at the task, went back out to their truck and drove off without even talking with me. Fourth team on 5/20 said it was easy enough to tip out the machine, attach the hose (used tape this time!) and then level the feet. Team 2 and 4 deserve kudos. But really, if anyone is to blame for such overall incompetence is the management of all of this. As a Elite+ member for years (yeah, I know they dropped that this year) I have been astonished no one from BB management tried to reach out. Each time it was a CSR who called to re-schedule but each of them only had vague notes and I had to explain it was in fact not a new install, but an incomplete install that needed to be finished. I did buy the $199 Total Tech program too. I wonder what the real value of that is compared to all the time and attention I had to give to this. Also, below, it wants to know if they can display the purchase date as 5/3. Nothing was purchased that day. It was purchased 4/11 - and it took Best Buy 39 days to complete my purchase. Really?

Good delivery of my LG washer/dryer combo. Prompt, on-time and took care of the machine up a flight of stairs. Had me hooked up in less than an hour.

The delivery and installation guys were great. They brought to the 2nd floor, allowed us to inspect before putting in the laundry closet.

The guys couldn’t fully install the dryer as there was a part missing. Apparently the duct was damaged and they couldn’t hook up the new vent to it. Also, the guys took one of my tools. I think it was on accident but still a $30 wrench

This was the second time to have a washer & dryer installed. The first team were useless. They damaged the knobs on the washer and dented the sides. They brought the wrong cord to hook up the dryer. This team was a lot better but still had a few issues. Not sure Best Buy really cares about the services which are received. When I called the Appliance Customer Service line... The reps say sorry, but don't seem to be of any real help. Hopefully, this will get better & make people accountable for their actions.

Great product and Best Buy has been wonderful to deal with, i did receive the first one damaged but they made it right

It's a great washer and dryer. It's the perfect size if you live alone or live in a small apartment. If you are looking to wash heavy loads then this might not be the unit for you. This was a great investment.
