There are questions about the product itself; yet the picture caption refers to the install. The oven is fine, The install was a catastrophe!!! The installers announced that they would not be able to install even BERORE they set foot into my kitchen. Thereafter they found one excuse after another NOT to install. I had to call my contractor who had the oven installed within 90 min. including the time he took to assure the wiring was correct and safe.

Best Buy-Worst Install
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Installation of a cooktop with Total Tech worked well last summer; this is no longer the case. Total Tech phone help is professional and polite, however, somehow turnover or very poor training of people scheduling the installation of my wall oven has resulted in very poor service and inconvenience. Oven purchase before Thanksgiving was scheduled for delivery, installation, and removal Dec 7. Installer rescheduled for Dec 12 due to vacation planned by staff. December 12th appt was cancelled without reason given. Rescheduling provided me 3 dates where I would need to be home (deliver Dec 13, pick up oven Dec 14, and install oven Dec 19). Calling Total Tech Dec 13 allowed cancelation of the mistakenly made Dec 14 removal (could not pick up oven that had not been removed from our home). New install date of December 16 was available. Unfortunately, no one showed up December 16 to install the oven. I called Total Tech at 8:30 pm and was rescheduled for installation on December 21. Unfortunately, December 21 no one showed up to install the oven because the request for the install did not exist in the system. I am very disappointed and now rescheduled for an installation of my oven January 9. Goal: If anyone is requesting Total Tech installation please DO check your email to verify your appliance appointment exists. I cannot think of any other problem solving I can suggest other than to have modest expectations for the timeliness of your upcoming service.

Poor Overall Service

We were given a 1pm to 4pm arrival window, and they showed up unannounced at 11am a day later. 2 seperate calls to Best Buy Customer Service also yielded no information or results.

Best Buy should be EMBARASSED!!

The techs you sent to fix it confirmed it was installed wrong, but also couldn't install it. Scheduled an electrician to come out and meet the techs; the techs did not show. Rescheduled the techs and again did not show. Items were purchased MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, it's now past Labor Day and my appliances are still not installed. I've been beyond patient. I'm posting this to hopefully solicit a response by someone that might actually care. Do not ask me to call customer service; they do nothing but apologize and escalate the report and that's all I hear until I call back. I've been unable to cook for 2 months. Please come install my my oven and cook top or pick them up so I can purchase elsewhere!!!

Beware of the Muskegon Store

I had to drive 40 miles to speak with the store manager because they don’t take calls in the store and their call center customer service was proving to be helpless. Their emails and texts had numerous conflicting information. There’s more but I’ve wasted enough time with Best Buy and I will not step foot in the store again!

The oven was installed with 6” front protruding outside. Have to get another installer to get it installed properly.

The installer and some lady from the delivery company said they were returning on October 31, 2022 to install the oven but they never showed up. I called the Best Buy and the CRS Delivery about the email they (CRS Delivery) send to me stating it was for delivery and the CRS cancelled the order and scheduled was an installation date for November 10, 2022. The Best Buy representative help us to get an early installation date of November 7, 2022. Thank You Best Buy.

Shocking service - bunch of cowboys

We rescheduled for 5 days later, the oven turn up with no install ... they will be here soon said the delivery person. We checked with Bestbuy and no install had been scheduled ... we are $199 down with a oven sitting on our kitchen floor.

JUST WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS

While Best Buy told me that the equipment would be ready for install in February, I had to call a couple times in February only to find out that the equipment won't be coming in until JUNE (?!?!?). That's affecting the whole schedule. But on top of that, Best Buy has already put the charge on my credit card at the time I made the arrangements. NOT COOL! So I've paid already for items that won't come in for nearly a YEAR later! You all could at least communicate the order status as it changes.
