    incompetent installation - first installers said I needed an electrician to move my electrical box. They should have said this when the measured the space for the wall oven. After I paid an electrician to move the box, the installers came back and said the box had 3 wires (white, black, and green) and the oven had 4 wires (white, black, green, and red) Why didn't they tell me this the first time they came out? I have to pay an electrician again - $600 out of pocket.

    The Lone Star installers for the oven were less than par. The oven was supposed to be delivered between 7am-11am, and didn’t arrive until 4pm. It was up to us to contact them for updates on delivery. The installation was poorly performed and when completed the oven did not work. The installer left at 5pm and informed us we would need to contact the manufacturer!

    Bought product end of Oct begin November and still don’t have oven ins Installed to this date. They keep pushing it out

    The installer arrived before the oven was here because the delivery was late. Then the installer told us he couldn’t install the oven because it wouldn’t fit in the opening in the cabinet, plus he was going to charge us an additional $330 to make the opening bigger on top of the $199 we already paid for installation. All in all the entire experience was terrible

    Fantastic idea to see if product fits before it is delivered! Unfortunately once it was discovered that it would not fit, I had to make 3 calls over a 12day period to cancel the purchase and get a refund.

    The installer was not nice. He does not have manners. He entered in our kitchen with his shoes and has no shoes cover. My wife requested them to cover and they refused. They told my wife they will not wear shoe covers and otherwise they will leave. Both were laughing and attitude was not professional.

    Masterpro who Best Buy uses tried to shake me down for more money to install my appliance which I had already paid to install. They told me because it was so heavy they needed to charge more.

    I, have been called for this oven and I returned 5 months ago because was so big. And still receiving bills and calls for it.

    Delivery and installation kept being delayed. I ended up having to cancel the order. Customer service was horrendous. Wasted so much time trying to speak or even do an online chat.

    Never showed up to install! Bad customer service and I got a text at 8:30 PM that they would show up at 9:45PM which that is way to late at night to be doing that!

    Install team did as good as they could, but appliance did not fit properly and install team could not do a good job in my existing cabinet.

    Had to cut kitchen cabinet for oven to fit in. We were charged $300 ($150 per cut). Thought the price was too high.

    Oven heated extremely slow. Never heated above 128. Also oven light would not turn off. Waiting to hear from Best Buy about replacement
