Nice look plenty room and everything I have cooked come out good

Quick, competent installers. Very pleased with delivery and installation. I would say it exceeded my expectations.

The install team is not equipped or trained to handle anything but exact swap outs. The photo shows the second attempt from Bestbuy. This was after 2 visits by staff to measure. Tried Bestbuy twice over a 3 week period before buying from ABT, who installed a new oven perfectly with no issues. The Bestbuy (in store) people were as helpful as they could be considering that they are hobbled by a ridiculously bad customer service phone communication system. Installers are subcontractors that, while pleasant, are poorly trained and not equipped to do the job properly, at least in this case.

HORRIBLE INSTALLER from Best Buy. He did not attach oven to cabinet, no ground wire on oven, he disconnected one of my cooktop wires, he left off metal box to cover wires in wall, conduit with wires was pushed behind oven so oven would not go in, conduit was not anchored so it would not come out of wall. If I had used my oven I could have burned my house down. I am appalled at the installation I paid for then had to pay someone else to fix his mess.

easy to operate, love the ideal that it has a air fryer built in. Havent used it yet. I have used the timer to cook, fry or boil, for a short time cooking. Im very happy that I purchase this item from Best But and of course LG, just kepts improving, Im very happy

They did a great job with the installation. They were very professional

I like the different modes of cooking, however it seems like the heating is lower than what the temperature shows. However, the subcontractors, provided for installation, Premier Logistics & Transportation, were not Best Buy employees, and not up to Best Buy standards, the showed up without the oven to install, and then failed to show up on the second appointment. Thanks to the Best Buy Supervisor, who had no control over the subcontractors but nevertheless intervened, and had the oven delivered immediately and got the installers to show up, the oven was installed.

Love my new GE wall oven! Very sleek and good looking. Purchased it to replace a 35 year old wall oven with this new GE which has up to date technology and great features. Love that it has no open coils in the bottom of the oven. The inside cavity and view window is also much larger. Price was a factor as oven was on sale at a good price. While I understand delivery/installers are extremely busy, Bryan and Brendan, were absolutely wonderful and professional and made a difficult installation seem so easy.

I could not be more pleased! The installers for my wall oven were exceptional!. They knew that I was "nervous" because the previous oven did not fit. I was really counting on this one to be a perfect fit--and it WAS!! I am enjoying my oven and am very thankful to have had such professional individuals in my home to complete the installation

We are very happy with the oven. The installers did clean curs under the counter to fit this new oven, and we are extremely happy.

The overall install was a mess until the final time where they got it done. Very thorough. Web site has wrong cut out dimensions which caused the first problem along with damaged oven.

It's easy to use great quality as a WI. Fi connectivity to control it with your phone and makes cool sound when its done

It was installed properly, but it was an arduous process with the installation company and getting an installation scheduled. It took far longer than it should have. The technicians who installed the oven didn't speak a lot of English so were unable to answer several questions I had. They had to phone their supervisor who answered my questions on the phone. Overall, it was not a great experience, but the oven was installed properly and the oven works, which I guess is the most important thing.

The delivery and the installation went very smoothly. The technician arrived as scheduled and was very adept and prepared for the installation. After it was installed, he provided a quick tutorial on a few of the features and left with everything looking great and working perfectly.

I purchased an Electric Single Wall Oven Unit Install and I was so happy that I did. It accentuates my decor which is stainless steel. Whirlpool made this high-end kitchen oven. Amazing it was on Sale, and I saved money.

The installation team was knowledgeable and professional. They were able to work with my schedule, explain product features and cleaned up after installation completion.

Great Job! On time, courteous, knew what he was doing. Removed 18 yr old oven and installed new one. Hooked it up, tested it, showed me how to operate it (incl the Wi-Fi). Then hauled away the old appliance, including the debris. What more could I ask?

I've had this oven for 2 months. It looks sleek and modern. The functionality is wonderful. I had no difficulties connecting the oven to our home wifi and utilizing the app. It's great to be able to preheat the oven on my way home! Two thumbs up!
