they are very good , they made ways to fit it in well and no damage , very particularly put together and i’m very happy with result! highly recommended!

Great look. Great cook time. Everything cooks evenly. So far we are in love

First of all, working with Jon at the store was wonderful! He came out to the house same day, measured and helped me order exactly what we needed. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable and prompt. My biggest concern was finding some thing in stock so that we could have it before the Thanksgiving holiday and he delivered exactly that. Secondly, the install crew was great. They did a quick job and everything has been wonderful.

Oven works beautifully. I’m still learning all the fun features which will make me love it even more once I have tried them all.

Best oven! Cooks wonder and easy to use with a lot of functions. Use the camera more than I thought. Love being able to open the door with full hands. Tip: if using dual, put anything with a crust in the bottom. It cooks the bottom crust better. Installer was not good but we got it done with help from my family

I like the oven. Works great! The people that came to deliver and install it were awesome. Came earlier than expected, but did notify me. Removed the old one. Replaced, installed and demonstrated the new one. Great Job!

GREAT REPLACEMENT FOR OUR BROKEN CURRENT OVEN, THANK YOU SO MUCH

I was very impressed with the service provided by the installers. First, they kept us informed of their delivery schedule both on the day before and on the day of the delivery. Second, they showed consideration of our house by placing a moving blanket on the floor underneath the work area. Third, despite encountering several obstacles during the installation, they diligently continued with the installation, always finding solutions and calmly resolving the challenges.

I love my new wall oven. The installers did a good job. The oven works fine.

While our installation of the GE single built-in oven ultimately went successfully, the installer discovered some complications in orchestrating the wiring into our center island configuration. While not part of a “usual installation,” as our installer informed us, he and his assistant were willing and able to do some minor cabinetry adjustments in order to accomplish the necessary wiring. We were informed that their additional work involved would come at an additional expense, which ultimately was our choice to make. Given the prospect of having to prospectively hire an electrician and/or someone capable of doing kitchen cabinetry work, we chose to pay the additional costs involved (approx. 180 dollars) and have the Best Buy-contracted installer complete the necessary work. He responsibly informed us of the additional costs involved ahead of doing the work, so again, we made an informed decision. Ultimately, we appreciate the installer’s skill in dealing with the particular cabinetry/electrical wiring issues which made our particular built-in oven installation more complicated. While we’d purchased the “Total Tech” package to counter-balance the delivery and appliance removal fees and to address the installation, while unexpected, the additional fee requested by our installer to complete the installation ultimately seemed reasonable-enough. We were able to have a new working oven, properly situated in its center island cabinet space, and grateful for the “mission-accomplished.”

Truly exceptional!! Both the pre-check evaluation and the install were performed professionally from a person that demonstrated knowledge and experience. Without hesitation I would recommend!
