Careful installation, took time to make sure WiFi was working with oven.

If this is for the people who installed the oven, they were exceptional, customer focused, meticulous, and knowledgable. The oven is great.

Oven works fine in learning the features. Disappointed by the oven width as there were few models available to fit the built-in space requiring carpentry work. Also found it difficult to find competent staff at the store. Eventually a competent person was identified but personnel could not tell me the days or time she worked. I was told that I would have to come to the store each day to see if she was working.

GE Cafe single wall oven is state of the art. It has several enhanced features like steam cleaning and cooking, air frying, Sabbath mode and Wi-Fi connectivity. We have had it for less than a month, so we have not had time to evaluate all the features. It is esthetically very nice.

Excellent install service. Two installers called when in their way, polite, arrived in a timely fashion. Made sure to not mark the floors in any way bringing the oven in and put Dian a heavy moving blanket under their install area. Efficient also. Everything worked like clockwork. Very nice gentlemen.

The installation of my oven went like a dream. The sales people worked hard to get it delivered the day befor Thanksgiving. The installers arrived on time and overcame small problems and quickly put it in and took my old one away. Kudos to the team!

THE FOLLOWING IS ABOUT MY DELIVERY EXPERIENCE, NOT THE OVEN ITSELF (MOSTLY): My first delivery date was pushed back for an inventory issue. My oven wasn't in the warehouse. These things happen; I understood. The night before the rescheduled delivery -- two weeks later -- I was informed the installers would arrive early the following morning, and the delivery team would come that afternoon. I informed BB that that would not work, and was told it would be corrected. It was not; delivery and installation were both postponed again. Two more weeks. When the big day finally arrived, the delivery team and the install team were the same people (which makes sense), but the oven arrived damaged. Another delay. Seven weeks after my order, I have a working, non-damaged oven. Oh, and I did request a refund of the delivery & installation fees, and was told my "inconvenience" didn't qualify for a credit or make-good. I wish you better luck.

Excellent cook oven. It has a good all over heating and cooking. Easy to use and clean. Second Whirlpool oven purchased.

So they did bring the oven out and hauled the old one off. It wouldn’t fit in the “old” opening because oven was designed for a junction box at the top of the oven while the old one was designed for a box at the bottom. Undaunted, they temporarily installed it till I could get an electrician to move the box. The electrician was horrified that the installers had wired the neutral and ground together, which the installers seemed comfortable with doing as the new oven was four wire, while the old (and the house wire) was three. So…I ended up spending $850 for cabinet modification and new four wire circuit from the breaker box…theoretically, GE will reimburse up to $300 for the modifications, but we’ll see. Electricians ended up doing the final installation.

The installation was great. The contractor was outstanding, called me prior to the service and let me know there was an issue with Best Buy not having the oven in stock for him to install. That issue was worked out and Jim came the next day and installed it. The contractors did a great job with the installation, very happy with it.

Installation was fast and professional. Only issue was the model number (CTS70DP2N3S1) on the delivered Oven was different from the model number (CTS70DP2NS1) ordered. It took a second delivery and the remote installation support team to determine the model number delivered was correct.

This was my dream oven, it was $700 off, plus $150 Best buy gift card! It has a no preheat air fryer and tells me on my phone when the preheat or timer are ready...

The two installers were knowledgeable and efficient. They did a great job getting the oven installed and carrying the old oven away.

Great built-in wall oven. I replaced the old KitchenAid wall oven that lasted more than 20 years with the latest KitchenAid model.

I waited 4 months for this wall oven to arrive, but very glad I did. I had a Thermador before but was unable to repair due to parts not being available since it was old, so this is a welcome replacement!

Good replacement for GE white oven from 2002 especially since the color white is hard to find anymore. Not many changes to the fundamentals of the oven from back then so that is helpful.
