Oven works fine in learning the features. Disappointed by the oven width as there were few models available to fit the built-in space requiring carpentry work. Also found it difficult to find competent staff at the store. Eventually a competent person was identified but personnel could not tell me the days or time she worked. I was told that I would have to come to the store each day to see if she was working.

THE FOLLOWING IS ABOUT MY DELIVERY EXPERIENCE, NOT THE OVEN ITSELF (MOSTLY): My first delivery date was pushed back for an inventory issue. My oven wasn't in the warehouse. These things happen; I understood. The night before the rescheduled delivery -- two weeks later -- I was informed the installers would arrive early the following morning, and the delivery team would come that afternoon. I informed BB that that would not work, and was told it would be corrected. It was not; delivery and installation were both postponed again. Two more weeks. When the big day finally arrived, the delivery team and the install team were the same people (which makes sense), but the oven arrived damaged. Another delay. Seven weeks after my order, I have a working, non-damaged oven. Oh, and I did request a refund of the delivery & installation fees, and was told my "inconvenience" didn't qualify for a credit or make-good. I wish you better luck.

Purchased a new wall oven. Install went perfectly. No issues.

The delivery Team that came up to my house to do the installation did it very good job! They were very careful coming into the house very polite and knowledgeable and very very helpful

Although it took a while to get past the glitch that was encountered in trying to get this appliance scheduled for installation, the end result with the installation and product was a very good experience. Installer was great!

Installers were extremely careful with the products being delivered and in our home. Very courteous about when they were coming and calling when they were on their way.

I love the advantium oven! This is my 2nd advantium oven. You can microwave using the glass try, you can bake using the metal tray. You can defrost reheat, speed cook several foods like baked potatoes in 11 min..numerous easy directions and ways to cook. You will love it. I have the 120 volt but they do make a 240 volt. Be sure to measure and pick the correct one. I had to put a separate circuit in because it needed to be on a different circuit from my oven otherwise I could not use both at the same time .

Installer took his time, doing a very neat professional job. Corrected the fit with shims and fixed an electrical ground and no added expense.

The LG wall oven installed well and really adds a lot of features we did not have with out old oven. The install was very professional and right on time from Best Buy.
