AIC Alliance did a great job installing my wall oven! Took the time to make sure it fit and explained how to use it.

Delivery and install guys were excellent. Good communication and were very polite. Kept me informed on install progress and cleaned up after themselves.

We waited the 4 hour delivery window of 12-4, got a text at 3:30 stating they would be there at 5:00pm. At 5:30 we checked the delivery status and it said "Delivery complete" we then called the 800 # and they said the delivery had been cancelled because there was damage to the Wall Oven. Wonder why the delivery guys chose not to let us know that? We then spent many hours with C.S. with many calls trying to get rescheduled and was a customer service nightmare...Hard to understand reps, promises to get a call back after several claims were started. After no reply from Best Buy, we went and bought this item somewhere else! A VERY disappointing experience from Best Buy and we have been dedicated customers, Geek squad members for years. We tried to call salesguy we dealt with, but you can't call store...only the 800 #....very disappointing

Installation appointment was kept in a timely manner. Installers were courteous, professional and fast. They added a block of wood to adjust the bottom of the oven so it was in the correct position.

Installers were prompt. courteous and clean. Had obviously done this before. Highly recommend!

Its great appliance to have, im still learning how to operate to better work th wall oven, but so far so good.

Delivery got off on the wrong foot as I received repeated e-mails from Best Buy that delivery was on a certain day, yet when I had not heard from installer by 4:00 pm of that day and contacted them (the installer), they did not have me down for delivery. Their was an ice storm on the day that installer had then given me, was contacted by them and it was rescheduled. The gentleman who was to install it did reach out when he was able to deliver oven sooner than rescheduled. All ended well.

I love the air fryer option. I use it heavily. I am pleased!

The install was seamless, on time, professional, efficient. Scheduling the free install was a nightmare until I reached the right total tech advisor.

The two gentlemen who installed the oven were highly qualified. They knew what they were doing. The work area was cleaned after installation. They were timely and professional.

Great sleek oven, love the pause function. You only see the clock until you are ready to use the menu. Replaced a seventeen year old oven!

The worker detected poor installation on previous oven. Maybe cause of failure.
