You might as well throw your money in the trash and save yourself from getting early high blood pressure. Don’t get this total tech membership as it’s a nightmare. The first installers who came to my house broke my old oven which I was planning to use and couldn’t install the new oven or microwave. They didn’t even have the tools for the job. They asked us to provide most of the tools including a step ladder. I asked them to return the oven and they said that we have to call Best Buy to replace it and they can’t take it back, so they left it in the oven opening without securing it. Best Buy sent another installer to take it back and the second installer told us that had we used the oven , it would’ve cause an explosion as it was placed very close to the gas pipe and the oven wasn’t secured. We purchased another oven that is smaller and the third installer couldn’t install it either. After a month of phone calls , late appointments and frustration, I decided to cancel the total tech membership and get my own installer. And guess what, he was able to install the oven in one hour and the oven didn’t even have to stick out. He had all the tools , and gave us the right recommendation to do the job with minimal changes. After all this frustration with total tech installers, now I’m dealing with the frustration of Best Buy customer service as they can’t refund my the total tech membership cost even though I cancelled it. They consider that the failing attempts of installations and breaking my oven a service and they prorated those services from my membership cost. No wonder the installers weren’t even trying to install my oven , cause Best Buy obviously pays them my money for just stopping by. Very frustrating experience. I bought this oven to have a second oven and ended up with no oven for a month and lots of frustration in addition to wasting $200 on total tech failures .

The actual Dacor Oven is awesome. I love it. It is beautiful and I love all the functionality. However, dealing with BestBuy was horrible. I bought 6 appliances for my kitchen. That was the easy part. Delivery was a nightmare. I’m not sure BestBuy met a single delivery date. For some appliances, there were multiple times they delayed delivery. One appliance they notified me of a delivery date and when I called to verify, they assured me it was on the truck but it was not delivered that date. When they finally delivered this oven, they sent one guy with a cordless drill in hand. This was a wall oven; there is no way 1 person could install it by themselves. They charged me for appliance installations but since they never met delivery dates, I would not allow them to install and then trying to get my money refunded took weeks and many phone calls. I will never buy any thing that has to be delivered from BestBuy again.

Works well. I have only used it for a couple of months and I am happy with ut.

Good product...utilitarian features...takes time to heat-up to the desired temp. Initial installation unsuccessful: unit too large for the cabinetry. Pre-measurement before installation would have been helpful. Key = cutout dimensions, not item specs.

So glad that Best Buy offered a site inspection service prior to installation of a 27” Bosch Wall Oven. It was going to be a tight fit and modifications to the existing space would be necessary. Victor and his crew handled it with professional skill and patience. Highly recommend this service and thank you Best Buy for offering it.
