It still does not work!

I kept trying/checking everything I could think of. Hard to read instructions. Finally called the customer service number. She told me the battery was not charging and they would send me another one. The battery is the hand held unit. But it is backordered. Should arrive in 8 more days! What a major disappointment!

It never even worked. I charged overnight and the light came on, but I could NEVER get it to make a sound! Very dissapointed! Traded it for a bissell that works like a charm!

They both worked for the first 6 months. After that the batteries died quickly even tho I kept the units plugged in. Also they stopped sucking up even the tiniest of particles off the floor. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
