Easy as pie to buy at Best Buy. Redeeming on EA Origin is a little harder. You have to go to "Account Settings" rather then the more obvious "Redeem a Code".

You redeem the gift card to your 'virtual wallet' and then can use the funds purchases on the Origin store. Pretty straight forward.
