The digital copy download code was expired a year ago. Then when I went to the store to return it, I had to be hassled because they don't let you return opened movies. Eventually the manager stepped in and issued a refund.

bad copy

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The disk does not work,has an error, but the worst was talking to the store manager at Kings Plaza, was unpleasant to deal with him, I am not going to buy again or recommend this site with that kind of employees.

Scratched

Movie but no movie

DOES NOT CONTAIN DIGITAL COPY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went to my local Best Buy store and asked an associate to help me find the Blu-Ray/Digital Copy of Elf. He found this item on the shelf, but I pointed out that it does not say digital copy on the cover. He went into his system and compared product and SKU numbers, and they matched this item. When I got home, there was no digital copy code to be found. This is just a Blu-Ray. Best Buy should update their description on their website.

Good Movie BAD BEST BUY

You get a movie with a partial soundtrack. When you try to talk to best buy staff they respond kindly with "oh well" and you're SOL. Just one ore reminder why I shop at competitors online and in-store.

Image Doesn't match- No Digital copy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.(As of Nov 2016) Though the online image for this product shows Bluray+DVD+Digital HD, there is NO DIGITAL COPY in this SKU. THIS is A STEEL BOOK VERSION with a soundtrack CD. Surprised and disappointed that Best Buy has let this image persist as it misrepresents the product.
