Works great, however if yo have an iMac for streaming it only works with SLOBS

For this thing being $150 and hailed as the best accessory for streaming it has the most bugs I have ever seen in a computer product! Where do I start... The whole thing was cool for about 10min beyond that it only works about 15% of the time. Here is a list of all the problems I had with it in less than 12 hours. 1: Sometimes buttons just don't work...at all. It seems like if you are not constantly interacting with it, it will all together not respond to any inputs. 2: Extreme delay between the time you press a button and the function taking place. (As long as it worked in the first place see#1). We are talking like 15-20 sec delay. 3. Animations would "spaz" out on buttons I sometimes didn't even press. Or the animations would just not work or freeze. 4. No way to rest the device other than to unplug it. Then maybe it will start to cooperate, or just be stuck on the wallpaper screen like you when you first plug it in. 5. Software is really buggy when it comes to Twitch integrations. I found out if you don't have you twitch open you cant do anything Twitch related. 6. Software completely locks up and cant run it at all even under administrator. Time plug and unplug and maybe another computer reset. 7. In the software there is a button that I can not delete. At all (Twtich create clip). Not there on the deck but in the software and I cant overwrite or touch it because then we are back to the "stream deck not responding error...again" (see #5). 8. There is a button on the deck that is not on the software and again I cant overwrite it or delete it. (Yes I tried a fresh install of the program. It just reloaded my old profile back on with all the same errors. 9. If you put it to sleep for more than 10 mins it will spite you and not wake up. Time to unplug and plug it back in again.... To say I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. With thousands of reviews giving this item 5 stars and not finding any problems with other people using this device on Google, I am beside myself. Did I find the Grand golden lemon of Elgato Stream Decks??? At first I though this was all caused by me running a USB 3.0 6' extension and multiple (Powered) USB 3.0 hubs (laptop with multiple peripherals). I attempted a direct connection to an open USB on the computer itself and none of these issues were resolved! I'm going to exchange this item through best buy and try again. Until then I will leave this 1 star review. If I did received a busted unit and the replacement works as advertised I will update this review.

Bad product, overloads USB ports and loses support from your PC half the time only buy as a 'gimic'

I have no clue if it's a USB power issue or what it is, but when booting up with the Elgato Stream Deck plugged in my keyboard begins to stutter as if there are too many inputs in the computer. It's neat having a little pad with changeable screens for things from spotify control, to soundpad integration but it's not worth the price and it's not worth the lag I've been getting. Also in the first week of use my computer kept crashing from it due to a driver error that I couldnt fix since it was on the newest driver.

Doesn't work with ReStream, so check and make sure it works with the stream service you are using. It has been a complete waste for me and I am considering selling it. It is practically new because I never got to use it. I have a grandfathered price with restream, unless i switch to StreamYard or maybe ecamm, it's another waste of money.

Get the job done but pricey. there are alternatives solutions in the App Store on the iPad for those who can’t afford to drop 150.

This is the most overpriced item I ever bought for my PC. There are options to do just the same for free with your phone and an app... It looks good though but totally unecessary

Really just became an extra piece of equipment on my sons desk so we returned it. He liked it but he felt like it was not needed after a few weeks

It’s very hard to use . Watched YouTube vids still kinda difficult to get used too

Item came damage in a bubble bag. Best buy should learn how to ship these games
