I do live game streaming and needed to find something with 4K capability. This capture card is great and the price isn’t very steep. Great card for beginner streamers all the way up to the pros!

I wish it had more capture space as well as 120 hz would be amazing. Does have trouble disconnecting from streaming software occasionally a pain to recconect for capture through the app.

I installed this and it immediately worked, and it comes with its own recording software. It's worked perfectly so far for my 4K recordings! With that being said, it's definitely expensive.

I wish it felt a bit "sturdier" as it's quite light and feels like it can easily fall off of a surface by accident.

The previous hd60x worked fine. This might be a great product for Xbox or PlayStation 5, and newer tvs, but I ended up deciding to return this and stick with the hd60x.

My unit goes into a powered thunderbolt dock so I can use my console without a computer present

My only complaint is that it won't passthrough 144hz @ 4k for me because my monitor uses dsc. My monitor is older though so this shouldn't affect most people.

Other than that, it would have been perfect. Can’t afford the lag when timing is crucial during in-game play. No real good documentation to find a resolution. I googled and read tons of troubleshooting options and watched tons of YouTube vidoes but nothing worked.
