It's pretty decent for a USB. I would definitely buy it again if needing a 4k. I already have the 4k Capture card, and it works just like it, except the cam link is limited to 4k 30 FPS, which isn't necessarily a downside.

Overall works very well for any camera that has an HDMI out. I continue to be surprised that it's using a USB Type-A connector, but not a dealbreaker.

I use it to capture the 4k vid cam. It does exactly what its supposed to do. I would recommend using a USB or extension though as it it a little heavy on the USB mounted socket. The software fro Elgato and is really easy to use as well.

Product works as it should. Best Buy however does not. I went to three different locations this week looking for another product. Each trip was based on inventory that said you had the item in store. So today I bought that item and a PC tower from Amazon.

I used the product to connect a video camera to a computer for a virtual business presentation. It worked perfectly. Drivers installed automatically with no prompting, and it shows up as a webcam in Microsoft Teams.

The Elgato is a life saver. I’m completely new to the live streaming world and once I learned what this was what I needed I have not looked back. I bought another one because the amount of cameras grew.

Cam Link 4K works great. No issues so far with using it for about a month now. I use 2 cameras with no issues. For multiple, get the cam link pro pci for PCs.

Purchased mine just about a year ago and I just bought another one before I wrote this review. They do the job, but do not last very long, at least in my case and others I've seen online. I'd recommend it because it works and because it's quality while it's working. Just know you may not have one that lasts very long.

Works like a charm. Just plug into the laptop and OPEN my streaming software and there it is. Select it and start streaming. Cost a lot less than an ATEM Mini for single camera.

Worked like a charm. Pretty much plug and play, although I did have to play with a few settings on my camera to get it to work. I cannot speak to the life of the product as I have only had it for one month.

It requires me to plug it directly to my MBP using Apple OEM dongle. Which means I have to now use 2 ports every time. My Avermedia works just fine via my docking station. So, I am keeping this for when I travel.

Using it with a Sony A5100 and it does a great job. Setup was a breeze and it just works. They may not be top tier in terms of professional equipment, but the products they make are great results at a great value.

It couldn’t be simpler. If it’s outputting HDMI, the Cam Link 4K works like a dream! Always make sure to check your equipment settings before plugging I to the Cam Link, and you’ll be up and running in seconds.

Works as advertised, probably the best way to capture HDMI input without investing more than twice as much. Software is fairly straightforward, without too much tweakability. Unsure about HDCP standards, but works well with my Sony A7III ILMC.
