Recently purchased for casual streaming. Unit had several dead pixels. Elgato calls these hot pixels and they may look fine with lots of light. The unit also had a stutter about every 5-10 seconds in the video. I did not try any further and just returned it. Both issues may have been easily fixed but I did not want to risk it any further. 60 FPS looked nice but was a little noisy in low light, which is to be expected. Perfectly normal.

I’ll be honest, the camera hub for Elgato is a little pain sometimes but when you mess with the settings just a little, this works amazing.

Now when I heard they brought a face cam this is definitely a game changer and big time with Sony in it elagto definitely does a great job on there products and definitely this I can’t wait to put this to work. More and use this y’all definitely got to try this out

Camera works great, has good filters, and the higher frame rate makes it so that the image looks smooth. I definitely recommend it for somebody who’s trying to stream and simply make their live streams look a lot smoother and vibrant.

Bought this for my husband for when he started his streaming. Couldn’t ask for a better beginner camera. It did everything he wanted and needed.

Well this was my last resort of finding a good webcam elgato came through for your boy. That 1080p is great and you can go through different settings mess around with lighting etc

Had issues with my last camera and i decided i needed one that didn’t run on batteries so this worked perfectly

Needed a facecam for work meetings since my laptops quality is terrible. The one sad thing is the facecam pro just got announced, I'll probably upgrade.

Works and does its job. It is easy to install and use.

I really wanted to get the 4k but I got this instead. It gets the job done. Doesn't do well in low light but overall it is decent.

Great camera plenty of ways to order the background add different scenes to the background so you don't see any unwanted things. Very easy to set up and adjust

The cams puts out an amazing picture quality. I love el gato products but they missed the mark with this one. Whenever I try streaming with it. It’s freezes constantly or stutters. Not the quality I expect from an el gato product… I’m very upset with the products performance, especially because it’s a known issue and el gato has yet to fix it. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the cam is honestly an amazing picture quality… when it wants to work. Other than that it’s a paper weight and I’ve had to go back to my Logitech cam.

Sooo much better quality than your typical webcam, and soooo much easier to use than a DSLR as a webcam.

Overall, I did return the item due to the fact that you can simply get an app from the same company and use your iPhone. The camera is a basic WebCam, and you can tinker around with the settings to make it look a bit better with proper lighting, but still does compair to the phone you may have in your pocket.The app EpocCam pro was around $11 and gives you a much, much better result.

Works great for what I need it to do. I use it as a second camera angle for streaming. Love the versatility.

This is a well built camera with great compatibility and some good software. The low light performance of this camera does not justify the price. Half price this camera is 5 stars.

I wanted to have a better camera for work calls and this thing looks awesome! I love how i can adjust the shot to make it a little tighter and not have so much extra space.
