Worked the first time, then hasn't worked since

It worked the first time after one use then when I unplugged USB from 3.0 port while moving other cable wires and USB ports around, it hasn't worked since. I've tried switching to multiple USB 3.0 ports, reinstalled Camera Hub (Required to use) software including downloading older versions, followed technical support guide on Elgato Support website, Uninstall all USB Ports then reconnecting after restarting computer, and used different softwares thinking maybe it should be ready to go as long as settings are set the way it should be. All steps I've tried and the amount of time researching on solutions wasn't worth it. I also tried switching to different USB 3.0 to USB-C wires since there have been multiple reports on other customer's purchasing this product, but not working at all due to the USB cable cord (Included with product) being "defective". It's very unfortunate a device being this good in quality doesn't work right and spending unnecessary amount on spare cables shouldn't be needed. I was looking forward on using this device instead of Logitech camera. Don't have any other options left so leaves me no choice but to return product back to the store and switch to another similar high quality product from another brand name.
