    I have the Elgato Game Capture HD, wanted to upgrade to the HD60. Purchased one today & it wouldn't work. Signal couldn't be detected. I plugged the usb cable directly into my PS4 to see if it would at least power up. The white lights flashed a few times then turned solid red & went off. I connected my original Elgato back up & everything worked fine. Currently waiting for a solution from Elgato. I will try to exchange this one tomorrow.

    Elgato has yet to release the software for this product making the capture card useless and leaving you with nothing more than a $179.99 plus tax paperweight.
