The HD60 Pro is working right out of the box OBS detected the card as a video source. Elgato has its own software for recording and streaming, which works great today as it did have issues before. Most issues were due to lack of encoding hardware. Yes the card has its own encoding chip, yet NVIDAs Turing chipset is much more reliable for clearer picture.

If you know what you're doing and the purpose of the item it will meet all of your expectations. The item works great. The only reason I titled this review the way I did is because of the amount of people that are giving this perfectly working item a negative review just because they dont know how to install it or its just incompatible with their PC Because they neglected to check. Not actually giving it a negative review due to the item itself. Overall, its a great item.

First capture card I've ever used and I did have some initial setup issues (the device was not fully recognized when installed and I had to manually update the driver through device manager to get it to show up), but after installation it has worked perfectly! I only use it for streaming from my nintendo switch, but it works amazing!

With the right settings, stream video & sound work well. If looking to stream & record at the same time, this capture card is made for doing that. If looking to just stream, this is more than what you need. Either way, it's convenient to just need 2 HDMI and not all the other cables.

The process to set up the Elgato HD60 Pro was no trouble at all. Attatch to PCIe and download Elgato software to have OBS recognize the device. It only took 15 minutes and I was on Twitch streaming. Works well and have no problems yet.

Great product Easy to use product and a great price

high performance capture card at a great price. Everything I've thrown at it but my old PS3 has worked on it. I mostly capture my Nintendo Switch with it. Works like a charm. Zero Latency when playing through it on my computer monitor. The software leaves me wanting more but it's not terrible.

This is a great card that i’ve been wanting for a while. not only can you stream and record, but you can also use it to play on your computer monitor instead as the lag is pretty low. Probably not for fighting games if you do that, but for anything else, it’s perfectly great.

I upgraded from the external HD60s & I am so happy I did. This has been great. No having to disconnect & reconnect when playing PSVR through it and it just works amazingly. Tho thumbs up from me. On top of the product being great, the curbside pickup at my Holyoke MA. store was great too!

Bought this based on fantastic reviews to stream console games, but I've had a few issues where my computer won't read it. The first time it happened, I rebooted the PC and it worked just fine. Last time, it wouldn't read it, even after reboots. Not sure what the issue is, but when it's working, it is amazing. Personally, I think it's just something wrong with my computer, and not the capture card, but it is an odd issue.

Not only does this work great for streaming directly to your computer and make capturing your gameplay for things such as streaming easy. It also is great if you just prefer to play on your monitor while listening to some music and don't want to have to swap between your computer and TV

I had been using an Elgato HD60 S, but it's borrowed and I wanted something better for my main video desktop computer, so when it was time to pick my own, I bought the HD60 PRO. This thing has almost zero latency! It's a world of difference between the speed of this card and the HD60 S.

Does as intended. I mainly got this so I can play my Xbox/Switch on my PC. I didn’t have a monitor with a speaker. This is able to use my speakers. It’s slim and sleek, but a bit on the pricy side. Other than that it works really well.

So I wanted to capture some gameplay from my consoles and this does it perfectly since twitch only streams at 1080P and 60FPS! Easy to install and easy to use. If you build a gaming pc and want to capture some console footage no need to go any higher.
