Spent hundreds of dollars upgrading my PC, only to still just have a black screen. Tried everything support and the internet told me in order to fix and still nothing. Save yourself some time as this is not (even though they claim) a "works right out of the box" product. I used to love Elgato, but it seems their quality has severely decreased over the years.

Unfortunate that you had issues with the HD60 X, I'd advise to follow what our support team says regarding a refund/exchange if that's what's being suggested.
