    Been talking to support for weeks now since day one. Spent hundreds of dollars upgrading my PC, only to still just have a black screen. Tried everything support and the internet told me in order to fix and still nothing. Save yourself some time as this is not (even though they claim) a "works right out of the box" product. I used to love Elgato, but it seems their quality has severely decreased over the years.

      Unfortunate that you had issues with the HD60 X, I'd advise to follow what our support team says regarding a refund/exchange if that's what's being suggested.

    Constantly froze with no help from support. Ended up hard locking my PC the last time I tried it, returned for a refund.

      And sorry to hear about the lack of assistance. Please do know that if you ever have issues with getting any help, you can always ask for the case to be escalated to get it given a 2nd set of eyes in hopes of resolving any problems.

    This thing does not work. Purchased as a gift for my husband. We’ve been trying to get this to work with the PS5 and the XBox to no avail. Followed all instructions on the website and all it ever does is give a black screen in OBS, or it’ll say no signal. I’ve tried everything, all the troubleshooting tips, countless websites, YouTube videos, nothing works. Useless product in my experience and now gotta figure out how to return to get something better because this was NOT cheap.
