Downside is theres only a screw to prevent the arms from swinging freely. This screw comes loose pretty easily and doesnt seem like a good design. But the low profile arm is a big enough benefit to justify the purchase.

I was worried the magnetic cable management would pop off when they're moved. Only happened when originally trying to get it situated. Still something that can be improved with a later model. Price tag is quite high, but is justifiable.

The best part is that there is a built-in compartment in both arm segments that you can put your mic cord through, so you don't have loose cords everywhere.
