It really struggles to hold up the weight and I found myself tightening the wing nut as hard as I could to get it to stay up. Then any time I had to make an adjust to raise or lower the mic it was a nightmare. I could see this working well if you have a lightweight mic. I'm going to give the non-low profile version a try and see if it can hold the weight better. If not, I may find myself look for more expensive arm, like an OC White Ultima.

The Wave Mic Arm LP supports microphones weighing up to 4.4 lbs. It looks like your microphone weights 1.69 lbs, it should be supported without issue. Only issue is that if the mic is too heavy it might need some extra tightening. For example the Shure sm7b I use was almost too heavy for it.
