    night and day compared to a headset will probably have to scoop up a back up, for some reason there wasnt a protrction plan on it

    I bought this to use for streaming and podcasting. It’s a very straightforward mic with very little setup needed. It has a headphone Jack for monitoring. You can also increase the gain using the knob on the mic for recording, listening and mixing. The software can only be used with elgato mics, but it is great for mixing. I had some issues with hooking up to iPad as stereo input. Another issue was using with Skype But those are minor issues. Overall it is a great mic

    Prior to this mic I had a snowball mic, and I got to say that this mic has been an improvement for my streams.
