    I have tried many different strings over the years, but Elixir makes the best. Don't waste your money on others. You definitely get what you pay for. I had one guitar with Elixers in the closet for a few years. When I took it out, the strings still sounded great. They are also coated so they will not rust.

    These were taken to an orphanage in Kenya, and the pastor who received them were thrilled. They replaced very worn strings, and he was able to make beautiful music for the kids. How wonderful music is to cross generations and continental divides!
