The agent hooked me up with Email that I had been having trouble with.

I had multiple problems with my new laptop conversion from my old laptop, moving over data and software.. The geeks patiently solved most, if not all, my problems. Some were more proficient than others on certain aspects but they eventually got the job done.

Nathaniel is the most patient agent I've ever had. He explains terms so that i can understand and is so very positive and polite. i would request him ever time if i could. He needs a raise! He is beyond awesome and kind and knows his stuff! Thank you Nathaniel!!!!!

This computer is fast, has great data capacity and is the second HP that I have purchased over the past 15 years. I am not crazy about Windows 10 and do not like the fact that Mocrosoft has done away with its "Photo Gallery" editing program, but I understand that companies often make changes that do not favor consumers.

On site tech fixed the problem, new MacBook and outlook email is a known problem. No support from store or online tech support. Don’t bother with tech support over the phone. They know nothing.

The trouble shooting service in my home was so valuable, fast, and fixed all my problems!

Cari was great except for the one issue with adding three emails to Outlook. they were presented in the wrong order, and we had to go Geeks online to get it resolved.

Edwin did a wonderful job correcting the problem with my e-mail server.

I like that I can express a need, get advice and don't have to babysit or follow up to get guidance or answers. There is WAY too much of that these days with folks who hang out their shingle and then forget the nature of their business.

The agent was very helpful. He called to advise me of his arrival time, and when he arrived, he showed me how to address my concern. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Problems transferring some Outlook info to new computer. Could not be resolved in-store, for some reason. Tech came to house and quickly solved problem and answered our questions.

Shelly, who works for the Geek Squad fixed my Desktop, so i could get my e-mails again, i will RENWAL the Geek Squad every year, even i have to take a loan out at the bank.

Tyler is a very smart computer Technician. He was able to solve a number of my problems. He was friendly and very helpful. Glad I am a Totaltech Member.
