    Final result was great since problem solved. But it took 3-4 days, multiple agents, and many many hours to get the problem solved. Everyone said, at first, no problem I can fix this for you". Nope. Last person saw through it right away and fixed in short time. Had he not solved the problem I would have quit and hired outside help. All were patient and polite. I like Geek Squad. But this was a bad exzperience.

    The agent could not suggest a way to make Outlook email work other than to buy a newer version. He had no idea how to get my Samsung TV to connect to the internet and didn't even want to try. Finally, he had no idea how to make new my new Samsung S 22 Cell phone connect to my house bluetooth phones. He made it clear, even though both the TV and phones were connection issues, he had no experience with either type of product.
