My husband spent 6 hours on the phone with them and they accidentally deleted all his email contacts of 20 years and nobody can get them back!

Geek Squad installed my computer ,but......

He transferred almost everything (except all photos) from the old computer to new computer. The problem is the old computer had been hacked!. He was made aware aware of the problems, but said it would be fine, Now I am experiencing the same problems and MORE!

Having problems with equipment I bought from them.

Your techs were good, but I'm having trouble with the Insignia device I bought from them. I am supposed to scan docs onto a thumb drive and be able to plug it into the new device, but that doesn't work.

Geek Squad 800# people aren't smart

I changed emails and phone numbers, now my new one doesn't show my Total Tech I paid for. The old one does. I dont know what to do about this, and NO ONE wants to fix it.
