Tech was very understanding but the appt was cancelled.

The agent quickly went to Yahoo chat room and got rid of a virus in my e-mails.

Good & timely job on setting up my new computer. He transferred almost everything (except all photos) from the old computer to new computer. The problem is the old computer had been hacked!. He was made aware aware of the problems, but said it would be fine, Now I am experiencing the same problems and MORE!

Geek Squad came to my home and helped me move my Outlook email from one desktop to another without losing any information. He did a great job.

Connectivity problems with 2 computers. Your techs were good, but I'm having trouble with the Insignia device I bought from them. I am supposed to scan docs onto a thumb drive and be able to plug it into the new device, but that doesn't work.

The Geek Squad setup for my AV installation was fast and expertly done.

Had home visit to sort out multiple copies of Outlook and restore Incoming Mail. Outgoing mail was still working.

at 1st I was told to bring my printer to store as agent over phone could not fix. When I took my printer to store I was told I would need an inhome repair, l had to wait another week.

Very negative experience. Went to store and scheduled appt to help migrate email to Yahoo from Cox on all devices. Returned for appt. Employee that appt was with left early but they didn't have time to call me. Scheduled another appt. Went in and they were unable to help and said someone would come to my home at no charge due to issues. Two men came out and said I was asking for something that couldn't be done. EXTREMELY condescending (though mgr that scheduled the appt was very kind and assured me the home visit would take care of it.) They finally said they couldn't help me. I was glad they left! Called Yahoo, and a woman was able to help me with what I needed at no charge in a very short amt of time. I understand having issues; I don't understand treating a customer as if she is stupid, which is what the employee at the home visit did.

I don't think that the Geek Squad knows what to do to fix my issue. I changed emails and phone numbers, now my new one doesn't show my Total Tech I paid for. The old one does. I dont know what to do about this, and NO ONE wants to fix it.
