    Trouble getting a redo tech visit!

    Took time to find out the apparent problem. A supervisor took care of the initial problem by loading Microsoft Office 365 for a trial remotely. We did not discover for a week that a new problem occurred during the new upload by losing all our contacts in Outlook. Called in for a redo as they called it, waited over 1 week more with no service to fix the problem called back and got another redo #79239375 and have received a redo visit on Mon. July 11. We'll see what happens next.

    A problem with the computer outlook progam

    The management of the Geek squad was rude and not helpful. I was forced to have my son (who knows more than I do about computer programs) went on line to talk to the Geek squad to repair a problem with outlook. The on line Geek squad was able to repair the problem on outlook. I don't understand why the store Geek squad couldn't do this. They just said they couldn't repair the problem which was the inability to send an Email with an attachment.

Sometimes email issues must have troubleshooting done on your on home network rather than ours in order to get it working.     need to get my computers to talk to each other

    was not able to help and show me what I needed to do to make my computers talk to each other. I don't want to call the geek squad out every time my lap top needs to connect to my desk computer. I am left floundering on how to fix the problem on my own. I paid for a service that they don't have.

    Took him over 3 hours. He called someone who told him how to change the password on my email. When he left I could not close my browser. I have had many good experiences with Geek Squad but this was not one of them.

    I have 12 items to get figured out on my new HP however I can't get an appointment until 3/30/2023 that is 22 days. That is not being very good service.

    Was told they would come to house at 6 PM. After I called because they didn't and speaking to 3 different people and being on the phone for over an hour, was finally told they would have to reschedule and could not not come after 4pm.

    No Geek Squad technician showed up for the home appointment set up for Monday March 14. Never was contacted all this time. I still need help. So disappointed.

    The product was mine. Geek installed an app without my permission on my computer. I request that the Webroot app be removed (uninstalled)........

    Had an appointment . No one ever showed up. An hour after end of appointment time i called and was told had to reschedule but could not give me reason why. waiting to see what happens.
