Setting up service with the Geek went very well - took less than 10 mins. Their Geek rep, Justin, was on time. He was respectful, very knowledgeable and and capable. My printer was fixed in just a few minutes, and is still going fine.

Rez Harianto and another man (I’m sorry I did not write down His name) did an excellent job. They were both very knowledgeable and patient answering all of our questions. These two men are a great asset to Geek Squad.

I purchased a new laptop computer with windows 11. After all my files were transferred to my new computer, I was unable to my email through Spectrum using Road Runner. Although I made several attempts to get the email to function using Geek Squad online support, spectrum support, in store support and my own efforts, the agent (who came to my home) was able to get my email working through Spectrum's Road Runner. I am very thankful and appreciative of her efforts.

This was our second visit from Jonathan Campbell which mirrored our first visit. We couldn't be happier with the work he performed and from here on out will accept no one else!!! You're very lucky to have him as an employee!!! Grade, A+++

I was unfamiliar with Geek Squad. Other than aware that they were associated with computers I didn't know how helpful they could be. I learned that with Agent Smith they were patient and went way beyond being helpful with a Luddite like me. Agent Smith and all the Geek Squad personnel helped my wife and me get our computer info transferred from our old PC to our new unit. It took a couple appointments to where we got the information transferred and we felt comfortable using the new PC. We had a member come to our house to start with and that fellow was also very patient with us. My wife and I are not computer people so it took plenty of patience and we appreciate all the time they gave us. I'm very sold on the Geek Squad service and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent serivice far more than I expected. Showed me a not of new things on my compuiter pluis inmstall outlook 10 again whichb I miss, it was the best for older people, usere friendly. As long as Best buy offers this serice I will be with it. Bob

I needed speakers for my computer, and the tech in the computer department pointed out exactly what I needed. My old system was just too old to keep. The tech showed me where to plug into my new computer to get my music. It was so easy thanks to the tech in the computer department.

Michael, agent that came was very thorough and took the time to listen & answer all my questions! Of course he cleaned up my laptop and checked everything too. I did tell him I'm not happy about the new rates for the Best Buy Benefits. Not his fault of course but we hardly ever use the home visit but if we do the cost is too high on top of yearly benefit charge! Include 1 visit in price a yr. & then charge more 4 others that use it too much!

I have no tv. Geek squad helped get my email set up. Had to wait 48 hours to get new password, so he showed me how to apply for new password in 48 hours. It was big help. Could not have done it without his guidance.

Brought in my old, trusty MacBook Pro laptop to determine age and what future uses and update capabilities might be possible. We were able to determine that future uses would be marginal . . . mostly emailing, searching and DVD functions. No more updates were deemed available for this laptop (2010-2012 model). I decided to have the hard drive and rest of laptop "wiped clean." I will need to decide whether to recycle this laptop, or use it for basic email & search functions.

Fixed email and iPhone problems. Very knowledgeable. Will ask for her whenever we need help.

The Geek squad headed up by Chris did q wonderful job of installing my new tv and made all the arrangments to have my old tv hauled away. Wonderfull experience.

The Geek came to my home and was successful in assisting me with a terrible computer concern/problem. It took him a while and he finally WON!!!!!
