Kevin changed email providers on desk top, laptop

In the end we chose another email provider and he set up the desk top, laptop and the phones in no time at all. Very professional and courteous!

Repaired some issues with the new Microsoft365

I do however have an issue with the techs defending defective produces. Item at issue: sonos sound bar purchased is late 2019. Several other calls have been made in reference to this issue, and all the techs will recommend is "band-aids".

Efficient and professional, the technician was able to resolve the troublesome issue. No fuss, no bother, all done in record time. What a relief. The cost was minimal. Great service!

Lost files recovered efficiently and QUICKLY!!

Geek identified issue, set up a correction and recovery plan with the carrier and recovery was done within three hours of the Geek's intervention and solution. This particular Geek has been a Best Buy employee for past ten years and has always risen to the highest performance in any interactions I have had with him during that period of time.

At my age (90) their knowledge and expertise is sorely needed and greatly appreciated. They have all been courteous and thoughtful (covering their shoes when the weather is bad). I give them all 5 STARS.
