Anthony is so thorough and patient with us. We never feel rushed and have learned so much from him. When he arrives, we go over the issues we are having and he addresses them one by one, then has us replay them to him to make sure we grasp it. Thank you so much Anthony for a job well done. The Geek Squad delivered and mounted my 65" Samsung TV. They transferred my 50" to my bedroom and mounted on my wall mount. Also, they transferred my 32" to my Family Room/Office and attached it to the wall mount. They were efficient, friendly and competent in this work. Thank you guys!

Computer System set-up included new laptop, display, and email set-up. Geek Squad home set-up rep (Jared) was excellent. He was knowledgeable, professional, and answered any and all questions. The instore Geek Squad team did a nice job of the data transfer and were very good to work with too.

The agent, Bryan K, reset our "MyGrande" email, which had been disrupted by a Grande upgrade, and helped us establish a "Gmail" account as backup to future problems with Grande (Astound).
