As far as in home service..Devon is awesome. He really knows what he is doing! As far as call in service...if you would hire people in the United States who speak clear English and have a clue what they are talking about, it would help. I give 5 stars for on site service and 1 star for call in

Daniel H. did an outstanding job helping me with a list of questions and problems I was having with the new computer system my husband and I purchased. He was friendly, patient, and extremely helpful.

Geek Squad, Emily Jurgensen, really knows her stuff. Several switches got turned off in MS Edge program while I was installing my new printer. I was unable to see/reach any of my two e-mails accounts. Within 15 minutes she was able to restore these setting which gave me much relief.

Ryan and Orlando did an outstanding job in installing and setting up our new LG TV. Very professional, informative and helpful in going over the operation of the TV and auxiliary devices (i.e., Blue Ray player, sound bar, etc.). Highly recommend!

The agent mounted a ring doorbell, 4 cameras and 5 solar panels with the cameras. He took great time setting up my iPhone with the ring app and walked me through the entire process. Excellent service!

Three Geeks one Visit! the Geek Squad representatives that came to my home were very professional and helpful. I liked that only one rep spoke with me during the visit. This allowed for a more focused, time saving, trouble-shooting visit. I am still experiencing parts of the same problem and rate it as a 75-80% resolution after they left my home.

I could not get our new computer to take all of our e-mail addresses. Tried getting Verizon to help --- forget that! Geeks came out as I did not want to log the desktop PC to the store. Worth every penny!
