Blake did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, friendly and resolved my problems in a short period of time.

Colin is so knowledgeable and polite. He has been to our home twice and gets the problem fixed quickly. This is money well spent to know we have technical support when we need it.

The agents corrected some of the things that had not transferred from my old iMac computer to my new iMac. The time between my seeking help and when the agent arrived was very prompt. The problems were solved.

Tech cleaned up hard drive and removed unnecessary files. Verified there were no hidden files.

Tin Chung set up my Outlook e-mail so it would sync with a personal e-mail, calendar, and contacts. He did a great job since there was a trick to given the new two-point authorization with Apple accounts.

We could not get our printer to sink with our computer. He not only got this working but it now prints much faster than it did before. He also corrected a few other things that needed to be done. We could not have been more pleased.

Agent was able to fix my computer problem. It was more complicated than I thought and I would not not have been able to fix it myself.
