    Thursday Oct. 13 scheduled visit for Saturday Oct 15 with Jay Branseck sp? conf. #706730. No one ever showed up or called?!Called Emma and was told there had been technical issues? Rescheduled for Tuesday Oct. 18. Called Geek Squad on Oct. 18 and got run around for over an hour. Finally got a number 7276637 from Mars? who promised to call back. Instead, my wife got an email with an appointment for Thursday order 82746976. Owen Klaus could not setup my old sbc email; and instead changed to Gmail. Contacts from wife's computer were added to my iPad? which went from 99 to 307 and erased all contacts on my desktop computer. He could not fix my printer problem. Owen Klaus came back on 11/5 to add missing contacts to my desktop computer. Received a call several weeks later regarding service, but it was obvious from the caller's comments he was not really interested in my feedback!

    the store Geek squad were excellent, but the contacts over the phone were not at all helpful. They could not tell me where the power button was on my monitor. I had to go to the store to be shown where it is (it is hidden on the bottom).
