    I am still having problems with my e-mail. I frequently get kicked out while I am working with e-mail. When I click on new e-mail, it will not come up. I wish the agent would come back and I could explain and show him what is happening.

    Geek Squad updated my Outlook.

    The agent deleted and reinstalled Outlook. That stopped na immediate problem however there is still a problem with email where it is accumulating duplicates and I now have 3x the number of emails than 3 weeks ago.

    Lyla came to set up the computer but screwed up the emails and addrsss. I specifically asked her and subsequent people to get my Earthlink emails from 2022 and my addresses to me sure they were all there and they assured me three tiems but they were not. You must have my old computer and/or must find thsoefor my baseness ori willahve my attorney tapeltoyou

    Geek Squad Teck was to fix my current email, instead deleted my primary email. First time a Teck has ever done this. Now cannot get in touch with any geek member to get this corrected. A Client for over 20 years.

    I called because I was billed for 2 years of crevice and I wanted only one year.I was transferred to an agent.he asked me questions about my bank account and credit card. I hung up and called my bank and credit card company to put a hold on myaccount and a new credit card!

    Extremely poor. No e-mail, connection to my phone for OVER a month. No service! If I could give minus star, I WOULD. No internet! If this is service, FORGET it!!! Had to hire someone to come in and fix this mess!!!

    Steve from Total Tech Geek Squad did not complete the job, nor did he advise us as to why. Evidently the techs are only scheduled for a certain amount of time. WE WERE NOT INFORMED OF THAT! Why?

    I have visited the store 4 (four) separate occasions to have them fix my computer, in addition someone visited my home 2 times to fix the same problems and to date the same problems still exist!
