    I would NOT recommend these mugs! I was looking forward to a continuous hot cup of coffee. No. This mug does NOT do what is advertised. Wry disappointing and I do t want to see anyone believe Good reviews and purchase. Seriously, this product does not even come close to the description. It DOES NOT work. Period.

    The concept of keeping a beverage hot is great, but this lasts less than an hour. Returned the first one and the second is no better. DON'T WASTE THE MONEY.

    I was willing to pay the money for this because I really wanted to enjoy my coffee warm through the entire cup. Well. I had more than one cup and the darn thing had shut off before I was done. Returned it.

    Was supposed to stay at desired temp for a long time. Didn't maintain temp very long without the charge coaster. I returned my purchase.

    This product worked well for approx. one month. They haven't been able to connect to my device since then. Just taking up space in my cabinet.

    This mug broke after 3-4 months of light use. We had it that long but my wife was pregnant so she was really light on the coffee.

    Okay but loses charge quickly and not worth money

    I think this is a great concept, however there is no way this little dinky mug is worth $79. First off it barely holds a charge, running out or battery halfway through day drinking a cup of tea. Secondly, it does keep beverage warm, but its few and far between. It takes a bit of playing around to sync it correctly and in the long run, you can get more from a hot plate than this piece of garbage. Save your money and dont even bother.

    Favorite new smart product. Coffee is always the right temp now. Using the coaster charger it stays hot for hours, perfect temp, perfect flavor.

    This worked beautifully for a month or two at work- no dishwasher...I loved it, BUT the inside film or lining deteriorated into my last cup of coffee-terrible feeling to think I drank part of it. Great idea/ needs to improve cup. Don’t buy!

    Would highly NOT recommend this product. Purchased this as a gift and only lasted 2 uses before would not recognize that there was any liquid inside the mug to heat up. I reached out to Ember to receive a new mug, but wouldn’t do anything about it because Best Buy is where I purchased the item. Best Buy’s return policy is only 2 weeks after purchase, so beware purchasing this from Best Buy.... you won’t be able to get your money back for a product that doesn’t even work longer than a week.

    Total junk with no warranty or support

    Complete junk with zero customer service. Have to reconnect it every time I want to use it. Now it's stuck on the new firmware update. Customer service will send you couple of useless canned emails and after that will just ignore you. Definitely my first and last purchase from this company
