She makes three cups of coffee in the morning and then she pours them into her special mug as the day goes on. Every time she takes a drink of her hot coffee she looks at me and says “I love this cup”

It’s amazing how many times I had to put my coffee in the microwave after letting it get cold. It never tastes the same. This cup keeps it the perfect temperature from the first sip to the last sip.

She ended up buying a second mug for herself to take to work. A note, though: we had some difficulty with the Android app (connectivity was spotty). The iOS app works flawlessly, though.

Example: Cup only heats when it detects liquid. It'll only detect liquid if liquid is warm. So you can't warm up your coffee if the cup ran out of battery (which happens very fast).

The Ember is meant to stabilize an already hot drink down to your set temperature and not heat one up, so for best results, we do recommend pouring in hotter than your set temperature (around 165°F and above). I wish it would warm up the tea or coffee a little sooner than it does. I Also wish it lasted a little longer. But over all I love it.
