My daughter is in love with her ember!!!!!!!!!?!???

Gifts. I loved that I broke up the set to give as a his and hers and packaging did not reflect it was part of a set.

So, I bought this as a gift for a relative that likes to enjoy hot beverages. I thought it was a cool idea at first, but it looks like he's not using it anymore. I think it's too much of a hassle, solving a problem that doesn't really exist if you drink your entire beverage before it cools down. If you're a sipper, this might be a worthwhile purchase.

I enjoyed the mug, but I couldn't justify $80 on a mug. Mostly I drink Iced coffee, so it is not worth owning a mug to keep drinks hot.

Doesn't make it thru 1 cup of coffee. Too bad because when it works it's awesome

Cup loses power too soon and needs to be recharged too soon and too often.

Tried for hour to get this thing to work. After 1 1/2 hours with customer service, they finally tell me they have had problems with their software update. They wanted me to return it to them. I asked, "Why would I do that & have to wait several weeks to get it back when I can just return it to the store I got it from?" If I had fallen for that, I would be beyond the return window if it never worked properly. Read other reviews and the ceramic chipping off is a common problem. Too much of a risk for an expensive cup.

I drink a good bit of coffee and have to say this I think for people that drink K-Cups.

Save your money, the app does not work. Its a gimmick at best. Best buy refused to return my product and refused to assist me. Worst product ever made.

If I read reviews before buying I would not have bought. This product is a great idea but needs more testing and quality control. Many people who bought the product report the coating on the inside starts to peel after a few uses. I’m concerned for how much micropeeling occurs before you actually see it. You are drinking all the coating as it peels. I have health concerns for this.

It needs a better design a metal Spoon will scratch it.

I've had this product for just under a year and it has been really good, until recently. While I was cleaning the mug, I noticed a discoloration at the bottom. Turns out that the coating peeling. This is a nearly $200 mug and the coating is coming off. I've had $20 mugs that have lasted years. Of course, it's not under warranty anymore. I've only hand-washed this and never used anything that would scratch it. If this problem didn't exist, I would heartily recommend the product.

I purchased the Ember Mug for my dad on fathers day this year and I was deeply disappointed. After a bit of work to set it up, the mug worked correctly for three days and then began to heat inconsistently two mornings in a row and then would not heat at all.

Good price for both mugs but disappointed in the technology

The black coating came off in my mug and I was swallowing it. Ember stated it’s ok per FDA which I found funny. I filled out the form and sent warranty proof. They said I had send more information. A bit of a hassle. I wouldn’t recommend it. Only 9 months old.

This cup works fine in the first month, and then it keeps showing "the cup is empty", I have tried reconnect the cup, update the app, add more water.... etc, but this cup didn't work anymore. Don't know what to do with this cup, very disappointed.

if you are black coffee drinker, maybe this is OK. but if you drink tea like me then the tea tastes bad after it is kept warm longer than a few minutes. for tea drinkers, this product is not so useful

On concept this is a great idea. However it takes very special care in terms of how it is washed and chips very easily

So when the mugs work they are amazing!! But not sure why they are not longer paired and there is not fix!!

I purchased this for my dad. The actual heating aspect is a joke. Never stayed hot after inital warm-up
