It’s an alright super expensive coffee mug, I like tht keeps my coffe at the constant temperature, for some reason when coffe gets cold cause it makes some sort of coffee film/goo over it. Ember Customer Service is terrible, I’ve asked them about this and have not gotten a reply.

Great at keeping your coffee warm, i wish it had a higher temperature setting.

The mug is great, but the only thing I don’t like is the battery run to quickly

Used 3x and my husband put in microwave. Don’t do this!! Electrical fire and ruined cup and microwave. Great cup tho when it was used.

Keeps my coffee hot till the last drop. When used with the included coaster, it can keep my drink hot even if I’ve forgotten that I still have coffee left.

Good product. I bought it when it was on sale. It’s not worth the full retail price.

It has been 13 years (since giving birth to my eldest child) that I haven’t had to microwave my cup of coffee over a dozen times before I drink it! Thank you ember! Best idea ever!

My only wish is that the app wasn't required to change temps. But works out of the box great.

I love the idea here. With kids I rarely get to finish a hot cuppa, but these have quality control issues. Mine has to be reset periodically (via my phone app), and sometimes it just quits working. Not dead battery, it just turns itself off for no reason. Needs work.

I thought the battery life would have been a little longer but overall satisfied with cup

The cup works great and I use it almost every morning. I would just wait for a sale.

Had one of these for the office, but had to get another for home - can't stress how wonderful it is to have your last sip of coffee or tea be the same temp as the first.

These mugs are great! The app I easy to use and has lots of different settings. Only last around one hour on a charge but is just enough.

I love coffee. This just make sure I can really sip on my coffee and “milk it” so to speak. Love not having to reheat my coffee in the microwave any longer!

I bought this as a gift for a friend friend that was always warming up his coffee. Now he can slowly enjoy his cup of joe all day without nuking it. He loves this mug.

I gave this to my dad for Christmas and he loves it! He is 81 and was able to manage the technology with a little help. He only drinks tea so this was a perfect gift.

Everyone I spoke to said.. Wouldn't purchase this for themselves so I bought 3 as gifts. People love it and love their drinks that can maintain the correct temperature.

keeps your liquid hot and also the inside of cup is easy to keep clean

This was given to my son as a give. He enjoys this mug a lot. He takes it to work. Keeps his coffee at the perfect temperature. He also likes the app to control it.
