Quality mug have been using it for a whole year right and works like it was new. I would buy more products but for now this one product works great!

Had the original Ember mug which was a game changer for a heavy coffee drinker like me. Only complaint for the prior version was the coating which eventually started peeling, which is why I purchased a new one as a replacement. Now with the bare metal design, this peeling no longer an issue. Bought one for myself and one as a gift. No regrets.

honestly a very neat way to keep your hot liquid nice and warm for a while. Sadly the only downside is the fact that the battery life seems to dwindle more and more after uses. It dies faster than I can finish my 2-3 cup. Impressive yes but i like to enjoy my coffee. Not drink it quick. Over all, an interesting item.

Bought it for my dad who lives up north. He loves it and uses it every day for cold Dakota mornings. He says it keeps his coffee warm for as long as he needs it.

Bought this for my coffee drinker husband. He loves morning coffee but drinks it really slowly. Often 3/4 or 1/2 his coffee was wasted as he didn't want to reheat it over and over to finish it. Now he has enough time to finish the whole cup and he gets to enjoy it at the exact temperature he'd prefer. Only down side is that it is hand wash only, which is obvious since it essentially plugs in.

This stylish mug keeps coffee at the perfect temperature! Only downfall- we need a second base so the mug can go to the office and stay charged so we don’t need to haul the base from home to use it!

Bought this a gift for someone and they now use it almost every day. It keeps whatever you are drinking at a very stable temperature. The only issue that this product might have is the battery life, but if you keep it on the charging pad at least some of the time you will not face any issues.

This mug is wonderful! It is the best mug for anyone who enjoys hot drinks.

I got this mug as a gift for my dad and he absolutely loves it. It does a great job at keeping his coffee warm. The only thing I would change is that I wish it could come with a lid to make it easier to carry when full of hot liquid.

Works as is. Easy to use app. A bit pricey though for 10ml mug.

Have had this mug for a while now and it really is great. I wouldn't recommend it if you use a lot of cream and sugar if you're the type of person that lets your coffee sit around - as with other warmers it causes that "skin" to form at the top... but with black coffee or tea with no cream it is great.

I love this. I'm a slow coffee drinker and frequently my coffee would get cold by the time I finish my cup. This solves the problem for me and is near perfect. The only issue is that it takes a long time to recharge. Oh, and the cost is ridiculous. However, I'm a sucker for items that solve life's little annoyances.

I am really enjoying this mug, as it keeps my coffee warm. Plus, the mug and coaster look lovely on my desk.

Love it and use it daily. Perfect solution for keeping coffee hot at the desk. I get so busy and sidetracked at times, its great that it keep it my favorite temp during my busy moments.

This mug has helped to not only make my morning better but by making my cappuccino hour better. Ember keeps my coffee to my preferred temperature and keeps there till the very last drop. No more cold coffee after 10-15 minutes; and the coffee does not get the burnt taste that it gets when leaving it in the coffee pot. This mug was definitely worth the investment

This was gift for my wife. She loves it. It gets used every day in her office. It keeps her coffee piping hot, sitting on the charging plate. When used on the couch, reading a book... It lasts just long enough to enjoy a cup or two. I think she programmed it once, and it's worked fine ever since. But, it's expensive. I don't understand why so much.

This is everything that it says it is this cup is so amazing keeps everything warm and I loved it so much that I gave them as gifts at the office

After buying countless cup warmers from various companies, which never really worked, i was happy to see something like this. Works as intended. My coffee never gets cold. Definitely worth the money
