I generally forget my coffee when I’m working so I constantly had to keep going to the microwave and warm it up again. Love this product and also bought one for my sister and she absolutely loves it too.

Never cold

She works from home and her Office is downstairs. She makes her coffee in the morning and takes a cup to her office. Now she never has to worry about the coffee getting cold. I am going to get her an additional charging base so she never has to worry about it getting cold . Yeah a little pricey but if it holds up, all is good. I will feel it was worth the price.
