    I was really excited toget this mug and set the perfect temperature, but when I went to use the temperature control app that's where it all fell apart. For about a week I had tried everything to get theug to connect over Bluetooth and nothing worked. Tried doing everything the ember website said and no success. I contacted there customer support and it took full week for them to email me back (they have no over the phone customer service). Turns out my phone isn't compatible, and alot of phones aren't as well. If you have a samsung or iphone your probably okay, but anything thing else don't bother. The mug will forever be glichy with out the firmware update and there is no way to adjust the temperature without the app. Makes sure you read the website to make sure you can use the mug the way it's supposed to.
