I got this for someone who also goes to do things when they just made their coffee they have had it for a few weeks now and absolutely LOVE it!

Not really impressed with this mug. First, I think it should hold more and second, the highest temp is 140 degrees...I prefer higher. That said, it is built solid and after several weeks using it, no problems

Easy for my mom to use after the app was installed. Heats to the right temperature and eliminates the burnt coffee on the stove.

Keeps my beverage at the temp I like consistently.

The cup works great, it keeps my coffee hot all day while on the coaster. The cup uses an app to let you configure your drink temperature and you can create profiles for drink types with different temperatures. But the android app is garbage. Read the reviews on the play store before you buy the cup. I had to restart my phone three times for the initial pairing to work. During the first week of usage I was only able to change the temperature once without having to restart my phone. I finally gave up and set the cup to one temperature and uninstalled the app. Overall I like the cup by itself and if you dont need to constantly change the temperature it works great.

Over time the mug does not maintain the temperature set for the coffee. I think the battery is wearing out. Seems like it is wearing out awfully fast.

Amazing mug. This was a gift to q friend and she was so grateful to have her tea hot every day.

Although i love this cup and its “on the go” features, the only thing i would change it how fast it heats up. It can take some time to get a warm cup of tea or coffee

This is a great mug! It does stain though so be careful and after two years it just died. Going to write support

I purchased the white mug. I was worried the color might show coffee/tea stains, but it does not. The lip is nice and thin, The mug will keep liquids warm for about 1.5 hrs., wish it was a little long, but I just keep the charger next to my work area. Just have to remember to place the mug on the charger and not on my desk. Overall I enjoy the warm cup of coffee. I little hard to justify cost for an average gift, but for a spouse, partner, or self indulgence very nice.

Easy to use and keeps beverages warm. But if coffee was kept in it for awhile, it looses its taste and creamer in the coffee makes it turn bad. So I don’t use it with my coffee, and been using with tea and other hot beverages.

Great concept. We have two of these and one is malfunctioning after 2 years and customer support is horrific (slow and unresponsive). When working it’s a great product but definitely a luxury item. Glad to get rid of our other mugs.

I own the tall Ember Coffee thermos (gift from my son) and it works great especially if you are an avid coffee drinker such as myself. So I bought this Ember Coffee Cup for my son for Christmas and he really likes it as well. It beats having to reheat your coffee ten times.

I tried to like it but I bought multiple from different vendors including Best Buy and had to return them. If you get a good one then it's decent at best, one of them wouldn't charge, one didn't report to the app, etc. Stupid stuff and Ember support was no help so I decided to go back to a normal mug. You also have to be extremely careful washing it due to the electronics. Too much work for the result.

I like the mug's function, but I subtract one star for the wall wart style power transformer. They could easily and cheaply have pushed the transformer a few inches closer to the mug and then included a standard AC cord and plug.

Love using this mug on weekend mornings when im wanting to sip my coffee slowly. Love the app integration and cusromization of the led light.

Wife loves it. She has the travel. Mug as well but loves the cup because she can smell the flavor of the coffee.
