    This product is great! Works as expected. I originally ordered the smaller size but returned it, highly suggest going with the 10z size. Sure does beat having to microwave you coffee in morning to keep it warm.

    Warms well. Battery is long lasting. No complaints at all. Only thing is that the mug takes a while to warm the water, but working from home gives me plenty of time to wait.

    Looks great and does it's job. But be careful about about leaving a sip in the mug for a longer time, it will evaporate and leave a tough stain

    It is nice to have such a cup to keep tea or coffee hot. But its reliability needs to be improved. There have been a quite a few times there is drink in the cop but the cup cannot turn on automatically
