Within 3 weeks of use the charging coaster would not charge. Customer Service is extremely poor. Emails failed to resolve the problem. It is hard to find a phone number to call. In addition, the battery does not last long off the coaster.

I contacted support and took the picutres they required and they have not responded and it has been 2 weeks. Don't believe they have any intention to get back to me and the mug costs too much to not work after 6 months!

First off received this mug as a gift. Had issues from the get go with having a stable connection. Read the instructions, watched tutorials and jumped on forums to troubleshoot and still nothing worked. Took a real deep dive by going to the company website and found out that my phone, Pixel 5 Android OS wasn't a "compatible" device but other current phones were. Reached out to customer service got the same response but was told that the mug would work without the need of an app so gave that a try. Well after a day it held a consistent temp but after it started to lose power it just reset itself and had to reinstall the app and connect it to my phone once more to reestablish the preset temp. Tried returning it after 18 days and my fiancé was denied since the return window passed. If you really want this mug do your homework because it doesnt work with all Android phones but if you're an iPhone user you're in luck because surprisingly all of their phones work.

Complete waste of money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a great idea, but what you actually get is a terrible product. First of all, the battery life is terrible and the charge time is to. Secondly, connectivity issues left and right with the app. Third, it says my mug is empty when it's not, so it stops warming despite having battery left. An insulated travel mug keeps the coffee hotter, for longer, for a fraction of the price. Even a plain ceramic mug keeps my coffee hot for longer than this.
